SUMMER CAMPS AT CONDITIONED!
NEW TRAINING CAMPS FOR SUMMER!
JUNE 1 - AUGUST 7, 2009
We would like to invite you to check out our new Summer Camps! You will be monitored by a Strength and Conditioning Coach to ensure safe biomechanical movement as well as to lend expertise in areas related to health and fitness. Sessions last approximately 45 minutes. Registering for Camps will grant you access to a state-of-the-art training facility, world-class training, and results-oriented group exercise up to 3 times per week for a month! You must be injury-free to participate.
SPEED & AGILITY CAMP
Beginner-Young Athletes (7-11 yrs old)
Specifically designed for the young athlete to enhance foot speed, agility, power, explosion, and flexibility using balance, first step quickness, reaction, acceleration, and deceleration training. This camp will help move the athlete from functional movements to dynamic movements necessary to prevent injury and promote improvements in performance in sports. This camp will focus on all aspects of speed and agility that are beneficial in most sports. This program is highly recommended for athletes ages 7-11 years before participating in the Sport-Specific Performance Training.
BIGGEST LOSER CAMP
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
Looking for something different in your training? Want to lose weight? This workout offers the same "boot camp" style exercise as the television show 'The Biggest Loser.' This camp is designed to burn fat and build metabolism-boosting muscle with high intensity intervals. Plyometrics and other athletic drills are used as a part of your fun, fat-burning workout!
BODYBUILDER CAMP
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
This camp is focused primarily on physique development. You will have phases of mass training and phases for leaning out and obtaining more definition. Each camp will include a dynamic warm-up, heavy or high-rep lifting (depending on the phase) with nutrition and supplementation guideance. Participants will be given step-by-step instructions. You will increase size and definition in this camp.
ACADEMY PREP CAMP
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
This camp is intended to prepare the individual for the Police Academy, Fire Academy, S.W.A.T. School or for the Military. Each camp will include a dynamic warm-up, explosive lifting, sprinting, high intensity interval training, weight vest training and academy-specific drills. Clients can expect a vigorous workout that will help them be in the top shape for their Academy. Each camp will end with a cool down including static stretching. Participants will be given step-by-step instructions. You will be amazed at the speed in which you increase strength, power, and endurance.
UFC CONDITIONING CAMP
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
Have you ever wanted to train like an Ultimate Fighter? Now is your chance! Experience the same type of training program we use with Rashad Evans, Yoshiyuki Yoshida and others! Each camp will include a dynamic warm-up, explosive lifting, high intensity interval training, and MMA drills. Clients can expect a vigorous fighter's workout that will help keep them in top physical condition. Each camp will end with a cool down including static stretching. Participants will be given step-by-step instructions. You will be amazed at the speed in which you lean out and increase your strength and cardiorespiratory fitness.
NFL COMBINE CAMP
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
Our NFL Combine Prep Camp is deisgned for the high school athlete preparing for football training. This class prepares the athlete to perform at their best in ethe Combine. By implementing the triple extension movements and other explosive exercises, this camp focus on improving the athlete's performance in the 40-yard-dash, Pro Agility, Vertical Jump, and Medicine Ball Throw tests implemented at every high school Combine.
